Clearly Drinks Cleaning Utensils Storage Boards
Customer's issue:
Our client had a problem with their previous utensil storage boards. Whilst being used on the production line the vinyl boards shattered which in turn had to stop the production line whilst cleaned up. The client therefore decided to replace all of their shadow boards to prevent any further breakages and delay in production.
The process:
ActionPlas’ team went to our client’s site to understand fully the requirements for the safety boards and if there was anything else we could produce for them to assist with their production line. The client sent their storage parts to our Projects Team who then measured them up and designed the correct shadow boards. From there we sent the designs to the client for approval, once approved we then manufactured them, the pockets and frames were produced on a router, deburred and then assembled.
The lead time from enquiry to completion:
Initial contact with customer January 2021 and the product was with them at the beginning of April 2021 (2.5 months)
